Realtek RTL8773J – A Bluetooth 7-ready Cortex-M55/M33 microcontroller with HDT support

Realtek RTL8773J Series is the first Bluetooth 7-ready microcontroller family we’ve seen so far. It features a dual-core design with a 200 MHz Cortex-M55 application core and a Cortex-M33 sensor and network core, along with DSPs for high-fidelity codec processing and an accelerator for ANC, Talk Clear, and Keyword Spotting. Other features include up to 2MB SRAM, 8MB PSRAM, 16MB flash on-chip, Bluetooth 6.2/7 and 2.4 GHz proprietary, audio features, and a range of I/Os. The main feature of the upcoming Bluetooth 7 release will be High Data Throughput (HDT), delivering up to 7.5 Mbps data link over Bluetooth. Realtek has developed a custom version (Realtek HDT+) with claims of up to 15 Mbps data rates.
