The first set of Googlebooks went up for pre-order last month and will begin shipping this Sunday. We’ve seen some apps for Google’s desktop platform land on the Play Store in the past few months, giving us an early sense of their capabilities. Another app has just arrived, and this time it’s a comprehensive media editor.
We’ve just spotted the Viewer app for Googlebooks, which will let you view or edit pictures, videos, audio files, and PDFs “all in one place.” While it only officially supports Googlebooks, we managed to try the app on one of our Android tablets, and it appears to work exactly as intended.
